Content Standards

All AI-generated content on PuranaQilla must be:

  • Accurate and a true reflection of the product being sold.
  • Respectful and appropriate for a Pakistani audience.
  • Free from offensive, misleading, or harmful material.
  • Compliant with Pakistani law, including PECA 2016 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Seller Rules

Sellers who use AI tools to create listings are fully responsible for the content they publish. Sellers must not use AI to:

  • Write fake or misleading product descriptions.
  • Generate false reviews or ratings.
  • Copy another seller’s content or images.
  • Create listings for products that do not exist.

Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.

Your Data and AI

When AI uses your browsing or purchase data to personalise recommendations, this is done in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal data with external AI providers beyond what is needed to run our services.

Reporting a Concern

If you spot AI-generated content that seems misleading or inappropriate, please email us at puranaqillaofficial@gmail.com with the subject line “AI Content Report”. We will review it within 7 working days.

We will update this policy as our use of AI evolves or as Pakistani regulations change. Continued use of PuranaQilla after an update means you accept the revised policy.
